Firefox 2.0 Downloads Top 2 Million in First 24 Hours

Mozilla’s Firefox 2.0 browser was quite a popular download within the first 24 hours of its public availability. The new browser, which was introduced early last week, achieved 2 million downloads during its first day. Mozilla provided the following figures for its browser releases:
